KFED ON THE ATTACK

Britney Spears is in the midst of severing her marriage and bankroll ties to estranged hubby Kevin Federline, but the master moocher is still plotting ways to make money off the pop star’s sexy image.

K-Fed has been touting a four-hour sex tape of the couple during happier times and has already been offered $26 million - half of what Spears’ fortune is estimated to be worth - reports News of the World.

“At the time, the two of them were in the honeymoon stages of the relationship and couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” a Federline friend told the tabloid about the X-rated vid. “Britney didn’t think twice about making the video at the time. She mistakenly believed that their love would last.”

Spears has allegedly called her lawyers to try to stop Federline from distributing the raunchy footage, but a source said because it’s legally K-Fed’s property, he owns the tape’s copyright.

The 28-year-old wannabe rapper is reportedly so furious with his estranged ex-wife for kicking him to the curb, he’ll do anything to hurt her.

News of the World also dropped the bomb that the newly svelte songstress filed for divorce last week after busting the professional inseminator with another woman.

Spears demanded the keys to the hotel room where the father of her two sons, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, two months, was staying in the Big Apple after he stood her up for dinner.

“She raced up to his room and found another girl there,” said Someone Who Knows. “Just the fact she was in there was enough to confirm months of suspicions, rumors and accusations about him playing away. Britney had seen all she had to and decided their marriage was over on the spot.”

Federline wasn’t privy to the end of their relationship until he received a text message from his scorned wife a few days later, alerting him about the freshly filed divorce papers.

But, of course, none of this news comes as a surprise to Spears’ first husband-for-a-second, Jason Alexander.

“Kevin hasn’t really held up his end of the deal, just like he didn’t with his first relationship with Shar (Jackson),” Alexander told Inside Edition. “Now he’s got four kids out there.”

As for Federline’s countersuit seeking custody of his two sons with Spears, Alexander doesn’t think he has a chance.

“He won’t get the kids,” he said. “He can’t take care of his first two.”

And as for Spears, Alexander says she should “give me a call . . . I still love her.”

Dan G comments: Jesus H. Fucking Christ...enough is ENOUGH!!!

The industry needs to take a little bit more care in how it presents itself. They need someone on the fucking door at these events to weed out and/or bar the fugly trainwreck chicks. Top end nightclubs seem to be able to do it, so why not porno parties?

People should be looking at these pics and thinking 'Damn...I wish I was at that party!'. Instead, they are probably counting their blessings that they weren't. A casual observer/porn customer who's not completely au fait might assume that the standard of girls at the party reflects the standard of girl to be found in 'Corruption'...and make a mental note to avoid it like the fucking plague!

Cruise, Holmes Drop 10K On Steak Dinner

Plus... Katie's wedding perfume costs $2,350 per ounce

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reportedly will wed Nov. 18 in Italy, and the river of pre-wedding cash has begun to flow. Tom Cruise’s romantic gestures aren’t limited to couch jumping.

The “Top Gun” star reportedly shelled out $10,000 for a dinner with fiancĂ©e Katie Holmes. Cruise took the mother of his daughter to Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, according to In Touch Weekly, and to ensure their privacy, he paid 10 grand for a private dining room usually booked by groups of 15 or more.

The couple are “suffering from pre-wedding jitters” reports the mag, but the nerves are affecting them differently.

Holmes is said to have barely touched her grilled sea bass, but Cruise chowed down on a whopping porterhouse steak, a Caesar salad and three side dishes: wasabi mashed potatoes, French fries and onion rings — and he topped it all off with a dessert of cheesecake and chocolate-covered strawberries. The pair were celebrating not only their impending wedding, but also Cruise’s new gig at United Artists.

Looks like Holmes is developing pricey tastes. In addition to selecting a lavish Armani wedding gown, ITW also reports that the bride-to-be has selected the scent she’ll wear on her wedding day: Clive Christian No. 1, one of the most expensive perfumes in the world, which retails for $2,350 an ounce.

The Timing Behind the Spears Divorce

It's All About The Pre-Nup!

[Fox News] - Britney Spears didn’t pick Nov. 6 as the day to file for divorce from Kevin Federline by accident.

She filed two years and one month from the day of her marriage, on Oct. 6, 2004. Her prenup, according to legal theorists, evidently carried increases for Federline for every year of their marriage. And those deadlines, they say, likely had 30-day grace periods.

Hence, Nov. 6 would have been Britney's last chance to get out of paying a third year of alimony settlement to a basically talentless slacker who was a drain on her finances.

And in the end, money is probably what Spears’ divorce is all about. Since she deliberately showed off a new trim body on David Letterman’s show the other night, Spears is obviously getting ready to go back to work. If a new album and tour are on the boards, Spears obviously doesn't want to share the proceeds with Federline. It was clearly better to get out now, so that K-Fed can lay claim to only half of Spears’ earnings during what has been the most fallow period in her career.

Indeed, Spears has no doubt been feeling the pinch of diminished income since she met Federline and quickly had two children with him. The one thing she’s been unable to do is tour, and that’s really where she makes her bread and butter.

Spears has never been a huge recording artist. She hasn’t released an album of new material since 2003, and it’s hard to say whether there’s an audience out there to buy a new album.

Her biggest hits occurred some time ago, between 1999 and 2001, when "Baby One More Time" and "Oops I Did It Again" caused sensations. But Spears didn’t write those songs, and she doesn’t get a publishing royalty for any of her few big hits. That has no doubt hurt her pocketbook, since sales of her albums are long since finished.

Without touring, and getting paid for commercial endorsements, Spears doesn’t have much of a profitable career these days. Add in two kids, a husband with expensive tastes who doesn’t earn money, various family members and employees, and Spears could be facing Michael Jackson type financial problems. Offloading Federline, even with a prenup, is probably the first best thing she can do to cut expenses.

Spears, by the way, also has her name on a charitable foundation. But Nina Biggar, director of the Cambridge, Mass.-based Britney Spears Foundation, didn’t even know Spears had filed for divorce when I called her yesterday. She told me that the organization had given away almost $2 million in its short life, including $800,000 to the Twin Towers Fund.

The charity is entirely funded by Spears, but Biggar told me that this past year’s contribution was lower than the one before. This doesn’t reflect lack of interest on Spears’ part, but just lack of funds. Once K-Fed is off the payroll, Britney will be able to afford a return to her charitable activities.

Britney Spears Files For Divorce

Britney Spears filed for divorce today citing "irreconcilable differences" and asking for both legal and physical custody of their two children with K-Fed getting reasonable visitation rights. As for money, the two have already signed a prenup, although Britney is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees, which means when they show up in court Britney is gonna have her expensive celebrity lawyer and K-Fed is gonna have half a hot dog because he couldn't afford the rest.

Britney also gives the date of separation as Nov. 6, which is the same day she showed up on David Letterman's show looking oddly good. Noone wants to imply Kevin Federline was the cancer in this relationship, but if we still remember who this guy is in 6 months it'll be a testament to how far we've fallen as a society.

People magazine has even dedicated a 'day after' article updating with everything she does today. So far they have:

12:30 p.m. ET: Spears remains in New York City on Wednesday after a night out shopping at the Gap, ice-skating at Rockefeller Center and dining out with pals in midtown.

12:45 ET: Meanwhile, Federline is in Chicago where he is due to perform at the House of Blues tonight. The Chicago Tribune reports that ticket sales for the concert have been so sluggish that the venue is giving them away (with the exception of a $2.25 convenience charge). No word on whether sales have picked up since news of the couple's split.

Kevin Federline was told about the divorce over a text message while he was shooting an episode of Exposed. Much News has footage of him getting the text message, and he apparently removed his mic and was gone for 30 minutes before returning to finish shooting the episode.

5 Good Reasons to Vote Today ... a letter from Michael Moore

1. IT'S A NATIONAL REFERENDUM. Although candidates' names will be on the ballot today, this election is NOT about this candidate or that candidate. Make no mistake about it: This election is nothing less than a National Referendum on George W. Bush and his War. Don't waste your time trying learn about who the schlump is that's running for office. You know they're all pretty much the same, a few are better than others, but... please. They is who they is. THIS election is not about them. It's a simple up or down vote on staying the course.

To vote in favor of the war, vote for the Republican. To vote against the war, vote for the Democrat. As crazy as it sounds, even if the Republican is against the war, or the Democrat is for it, it doesn't matter. All that will matter by midnight tonight is the math on the big tote board. Did America say YES to Bush or NO to Bush? The ONLY way they're going to add it up is by counting the number of votes under the big D and the big R. The only way to take a stand against Bush today is to vote for the Dems on the ballot.

2. IN ORDER TO CATCH THE REPUBLICANS STEALING YOUR VOTE, YOU FIRST HAVE TO VOTE. There are huge and valid concerns about the new electronic voting machines that must be addressed. It is far too easy to use new technology to rig the vote. But if your fear of that leads you to decide that you shouldn't bother voting, well, then, I guess they've succeeded in snuffing out your voice without having to rig the machine. Make them break the law if they want to win. Vote. We'll catch them if they do. I promise.

3. WITH THE DEMOCRATS IN POWER IN THE HOUSE AND/OR SENATE, WE CAN GO AFTER THEM! These spineless Democrats who enabled Bush to start this war and funded it ever since are due for a shellacking from all of us. For nearly 6 years, they've hidden behind the cop-out of, "Hey, we're the minority, we have no power." As of tomorrow, hopefully, they will have no mask to hide behind. And it will be up to us to go after them.

4. I'LL PUT YOU ON MY WEBSITE. That's right. You can appear on my home page and be seen by millions later today. All you need to do is bring a broom when you go to vote. The broom is our mascot today because we're going to sweep the crooks and the warmongers outta office. Take a picture of yourself holding a broom outside your polling place, e-mail it to me (the address is below), and I'll put as many of you as I can up on the home page of my website. People all around the world will see you! Government files with your name on them will be initiated! What better way to celebrate this historic day?!

And the final reason to vote today...

5. 2,836 + 655,000. Each one of them, American and Iraqi, are no longer with us because of the decision by one man to start a war. Each one of them represented a precious, God-given life that no man had the right to take away. Each one of them had a mother and father, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, friends and loved ones, little boys and little girls. It's mad, my friends, utterly mad, this senseless loss of human life.

So, do it for them. Call up whoever you know and tell them to meet you at the polls. And tell them to bring a broom, real or imaginary, with a big D on it. It's the only true American thing to do.

See ya at the victory party tonight!

Woman Kept Sister-in-Law as naked Sex Slave

Gets seven years

UK- A mother of six was jailed for seven years today for turning her sister-in-law into a domestic slave.

Antonia Pearson-Gaballonie, 35, [pictured top] kept Veronica Sandeman, now 26, [pictured bottom] as a slave, assaulted her, forced her to work naked and made her beg for food over a number of years, York Crown Court heard.

Pearson-Gaballonie, of New Lane, Acomb, York, was sentenced to a total of seven years after being found guilty earlier of false imprisonment, making threats to kill and six counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm following a week-long trial.

Her partner Neil Pearson, 35, whom she married in June 2004, was jailed for two years after being found guilty of one count of aiding and abetting an assault.

The Recorder of York, Judge Paul Hoffman, told Pearson-Gaballonie she was a "manipulative and cunning" individual who committed "callous and brutal" attacks on her sister-in-law in a period of systematic abuse, much of which was carried out while the victim was falsely imprisoned and forced to work naked under the gaze of Pearson.

The judge also said she had gone to great lengths to avoid the trial, including making an attempt on her life, and even initially refused to enter the dock for the sentencing hearing today.

Judge Dismisses Spears Libel Suit

Britney sought $10 M against US Weekly over sex video article

LOS ANGELES - A judge has dismissed a libel suit brought by Britney Spears accusing Us Weekly magazine of fabricating a story about a sexually explicit video the pop star and her husband made together.

In a decision made public on Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lisa Hart Cole found no basis for Spears to prevail on her claim that the magazine article about her was defamatory.

The suit, filed last year by Spears and her spouse, dancer Kevin Federline, sought $10 million in damages against Us Weekly over the article, which appeared in the publication's "HOTstuff" column in October 2005, about a month after Spears gave birth to her first child.

Us Weekly said it stood by its account, which ran with the headline: "Brit & Kev: Secret Sex Tape? New parents have a new worry: racy footage from 2004."

According to the article, the celebrity couple had told their lawyers that "a member of their entourage had threatened to release raunchy footage" of them and that Spears feared that "an X-rated tape starring the two may go public." The magazine also reported that Spears and Federline gave a copy of the tape to lawyers and watched it with them.

"The article is libelous on its face, since it maliciously and recklessly portrays (Spears) as acting 'goofy' while watching" the video with their attorneys, the suit said.

The judge disagreed.

"It is clear that plaintiff did not bring this lawsuit because she was falsely accused of acting goofy," Hart Cole wrote. "The issue is whether it is defamatory to state that a husband and wife taped themselves engaging in consensual sex."

The judge went on to conclude that Spears has "put her modern sexuality squarely, and profitably, before the public eye" in a way that would make it unlikely for the magazine article to be found defamatory.

The judge cited Spears' 2005 television reality show "Britney & Kevin: Chaotic," which chronicled her courtship and marriage to Federline based largely on home videos shot by the pop star.

The judge noted that the series included scenes of Spears filming Federline naked in a shower, Spears interviewing Federline during a night-time bus ride while she was naked, and "otherwise catching plaintiff talking uninhibitedly about her sex life."

Both Spears' publicist and her lawyer, Gary Stiffelman, declined comment on the judge's ruling.

Spears, 24, has sold more than 60 million albums since she shot to fame with her 1999 debut, "... Baby One More Time."

Jenna Jameson's Husband Speaks Out On Their Split

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

Kate Hudson Splits

WWW- The Skeleton Key’ and ‘How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days’ star Kate Hudson is to separate from her rocker husband Chris Robinson.

Goldie Hawn’s daughter and the Black Crowes singer had been married for nearly six years before announcing the split on Monday through Hudson’s publicist.

“Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson are splitting up after nearly six years of marriage,” Brad Cafarelli said simply, according to People magazine and celebrity website TMZ.com.

After a whirlwind meeting in 1999, the now 27-year-old actress dated the now 39-year-old Robinson for seven months before the pair married at the home of Hawn and her long-time partner Kurt Russell on New Year’s Eve 2000.

They have a two-year-old son, Ryder Russell Robinson, born on January 7, 2004.

A few months later, in September 2004, she talked to People magazine about the birth’s impact on her marriage.

“We're sharing something so gigantic now. I think it's the best we've ever felt being together.”

Almost a year later she spoke to ET about her happy family.

“[Ryder's] great. It's so much fun!” she gushed at the ‘Skeleton Key’ premiere.

“He's getting so big and it's happening so fast. We don't spend much time in Los Angeles. We spend a lot of time in New York, but we're pretty much on the road experiencing our life.”

But, ironically, in a recent interview with Elle magazine she claimed there was no such thing as the perfect marriage, possibly hinting that a break-up was imminent.

“I don’t like this idea of the perfect marriage,” Hudson told Elle magazine.

“People can be in love madly and deeply and go through so much and still end up together. That’s what you hope for.”

She also warned that marriage wasn’t easy.

“No one should get married if they think it’s going to be a fairytale.”
